Cancellation Policy
Must Read: All deposits (if required per service) are NON-REFUNDABLE. PAYMENTS Payment methods accepted are cash (exact amt) or card ONLY. No Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, etc. Deposits will go towards your service and the remaining balance will be collected at the end of your appointment. SCHEDULING All scheduling can be done online. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment you can do so via the text or email confirmation you initially received. Keep in mind you will only be allowed to reschedule ONCE, and you must reschedule within 6 months. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to schedule again. NO CALL NO SHOW You will be charged 50% of the service booked. Deposit is forfeited. No future appointments. LATE If you are more than 15 min late, your appointment will be cancelled. Deposit is forfeited. You may schedule a new appointment with a new deposit. CANCELLATIONS All cancellations and rescheduling must be done with 24 hours' notice. 50% of the scheduled service will be charged if you cancel without providing 24 hours’ notice. A new deposit is required if you wish to schedule again. COSMETIC TATTOO TOUCH UPS Should you need to reschedule your initial 6-8 week touch-up, the new appointment may result in a much later date. Depending on when your new touchup appointment is, additional fees may apply which is dependent on the new timeframe. (Please refer to the touch up rates under Cosmetic Tattoo services/Touchup). Be advised that this is a beauty treatment that requires time and patience. Please contact me ahead of time if there are any conflicts with your scheduled appointment.
